This is a commission role, which means your paycheck is a straight reflection of your hustle. You can come on as straight commission or as hourly plus commission, whatever fits you best.
Our easiest pitch is the Total Home Protection bundle, pest, lawn, and termite together for $695 a year. Once a homeowner sees that value, it nearly closes itself. Our top reps do very well, and what you make is genuinely up to you.
