We started as a termite and pest company and grew into the one-stop shop we are today, handling pest, lawn, irrigation, and termite for thousands of customers across Marion, Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and the surrounding counties.

We are growing, and we are looking for dependable people who like being outside and want to make real money doing it. No lawn experience? That is fine. We will teach you everything.

Let's Talk Real Money

We know $15 an hour on a job board does not tell the story, so here is the full picture.

Base pay. Your base starts at $15 an hour and goes up once you have earned your own route and shown you can run it.
Overtime, every week. This is a strong-hours job for people who want the hours. Most weeks run 45 to 55 hours, and everything over 40 is paid at time and a half. A typical 50-hour week puts your base around $825 before you have sold a single thing.
Uncapped commission. You earn commission on everything you sell, 15% to start and 20% once you beat your monthly budget, with no cap.
Paid weekly. Base and commission together, every week. No waiting two weeks, and no waiting a month for your commission to show up.

Put it together and a motivated, full-time tech is realistically in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 a year and up. The ceiling is set by you, not by us.

What You Will Do

Run your own residential lawn route across the Ocala area, treating each lawn for weeds, fungus, insects, and disease
Apply fertilizers and treatments blended for Florida turf and the time of year
Keep an eye on each lawn's health and catch problems before they spread
Build easy rapport with your customers. A friendly two-minute conversation keeps them happy and keeps them with us.
Hand out flyers and let neighbors know what we do. Every lead you turn into a sale pays you commission.
Take pride in your routes. Around here, a tech who finishes on time with few callbacks is who everybody wants to be.

What You Bring

You like being outside and you are not scared of Florida heat
You show up and you finish what you start. Reliability is the whole game in this work.
A valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record, since you will be in a company truck
A little hustle and a want-to. The harder you work, the bigger your check.
No experience required. If you are coachable, we will handle the rest.

Your Schedule

Steady, year-round work with no slow season and no layoffs. Most weeks run 45 to 55 hours with plenty of overtime, and Saturdays are there, optional, when you want to bank extra hours. If you want all the hours you can get, you will fit right in.
