Responsibilities
• Supervise arborist and plant healthcare technician teams
• Conduct advanced plant diagnostics and assessments
• Develop and implement integrated pest management programs
• Perform tree risk assessments and recommend treatments
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with clients on plant healthcare needs
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Stay current on industry research and techniques
• Manage equipment and material inventory
Qualifications
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required
• 7+ years of arboriculture and plant healthcare experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of plant pathology, entomology, and soil science
• Pesticide applicator license required
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication with clients and staff
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
