About the Position
Mesa Turf Masters is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape construction and installation projects. Lead projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines
• Monitor project budgets and control costs
• Oversee field crews and ensure quality workmanship
• Conduct site meetings and inspections
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits
• Resolve project issues and change orders
• Maintain project documentation and reports
Qualifications
• 5+ years of landscape project management experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong understanding of project budgets and cost control
• Proficiency in project management software
• Good communication and client relations abilities
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
• Valid driver's license required
