About the Position
Lead Organically Green's pest control operations as a Service Manager. Oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure the delivery of effective, environmentally responsible pest control services to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily pest control operations and technician schedules
• Train, supervise, and develop pest control technicians
• Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated customer concerns and technical issues
• Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Track performance metrics and implement improvements
• Manage inventory of products and equipment
• Collaborate with sales team on service offerings
• Conduct regular quality inspections
Qualifications
• 5+ years of pest control experience with 2+ years in management
• State pest control license required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Thorough knowledge of pest biology and control methods
• Understanding of integrated pest management principles
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling and routing software
• Valid driver's license with clean record
