This is not a desk job. It is not a purely sales role either. We are looking for someone who can move fluidly between leading a crew on a job site and sitting across from a client to walk them through a proposal. Someone who earns trust quickly, takes ownership without being asked, and genuinely takes pride in the work, whether that means picking up a shovel or picking up the phone.
The right person will not need the role fully defined for them on day one. They will help shape it. Our General Manager is looking for someone he can count on across the board, and for the right person, this role has significant room to grow.
More than anything, we are looking for a specific type of person. Technical skills can be refined. What cannot be taught is the kind of character and work ethic that makes someone genuinely dependable, adaptable, and easy to trust.
