Responsibilities
• Oversee daily lawn care operations and service delivery
• Develop and execute business development strategies
• Generate new leads and convert prospects to clients
• Manage and mentor lawn care technician team
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with commercial and residential clients
• Prepare estimates and service proposals
• Monitor route efficiency and productivity
• Track performance metrics and financial goals
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
Qualifications
• 5+ years of lawn care or landscape industry experience
• 2+ years of management and business development experience
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of turf management and pesticide application
• Pesticide applicator license preferred
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Proficiency in business software and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license required
