About the Position
Ceres is looking for a detail-oriented Landscape Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape construction and maintenance projects. This position is critical to our project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Review project plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals
• Collaborate with sales team on client presentations
• Maintain vendor relationships and pricing database
• Track estimate accuracy and adjust as needed
• Support project management during execution
Qualifications
• 3+ years of landscape estimating or related experience
• Strong understanding of landscape construction methods
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license required
