Responsibilities
• Serve as main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field teams
• Process service agreements and maintain client records
• Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
• Monitor client satisfaction and address service issues
• Generate reports and track key performance metrics
• Support sales team with proposal preparation
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM and scheduling software preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
