This is a senior sales role with a leadership platform built on top of it. You come in selling from day one, you set the standard for what great looks like in this market, and you build and lead the sales team as the company grows. You sell, you lead, and most days you do both at once.
On the selling side, you will own new business for one of the most established landscape and outdoor living companies in the Northeast, bring the relationships you have already built, and develop new ones across the area’s highest-end residential market. You will carry your own book and be paid for what you close, with no ceiling on it.
On the leadership side, you will join a company with a strong reputation, a talented core, and real room to build the sales team around you. You will be the example that team learns from, the one who shows how to prospect, present, and close at this level, and over time you will help develop and lead the people we add.

This is one of the most affluent residential corridors in the country, full of high-value properties and homeowners who expect a true professional. You will not be convincing people that quality matters. You will be the person they trust to deliver it.
Compensation comes in two parts, both built to reward what you sell. The base of $100,000 to $115,000 gives you stability from day one, set to your experience and the relationships you bring. Your commission is uncapped and paid on what you close, so the upside is yours to drive: the more you sell, the more you earn, with nothing capping the top. And as you grow the book and the team around you, that earning potential grows right along with the business you build here.
