About the Position
Ceres is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. Build lasting partnerships with commercial and residential clients while driving retention and growth for our landscape maintenance services.
Responsibilities
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling
• Address client concerns and resolve service issues promptly
• Coordinate with operations teams for seamless service delivery
• Monitor account profitability and contract renewals
• Prepare proposals and service agreements
• Track client satisfaction and feedback
• Generate account reports and analysis
Qualifications
• 3+ years of account management or client relations experience
• Background in landscaping or green industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving mindset with customer focus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license required
